At Aulevate, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review the following policy to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) intact. A valid proof of purchase is required.
Items that cannot be returned include panties, lingerie sets that include panties, shapewear, and any innerwear where the hygiene seal is broken. Products marked as Final Sale or clearance are also non-returnable.
To initiate a return, email us at aulevate@gmail.com or visit our Returns page. Please provide your order number, details of the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
If the return is due to our error (such as a wrong item, incorrect size sent by us, or a defective product), we will bear the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color changes of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order and the product must meet the return conditions mentioned above.
To request an exchange, please follow the return process and specify your preferred size or color in the message.
3. Defective Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aulevate@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once we confirm the issue, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
4. Non-Defective Products
Returns and exchanges for non-defective products are accepted only if the item is in unused, unworn condition and meets all return criteria. Refunds for such returns will be processed only after we receive and inspect the item.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will notify you. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit based on your preference.
